Flow & Forge is your space to pause, move, and reconnect.
Created by a mum, for real people, these classes are designed to help you gently build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in your body, without pressure or overwhelm.
Based in Baldock, my community classes offer a supportive, beginner-friendly environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
Whether you’re feeling tight, tired, stressed, or just in need of a reset, this is movement that meets you where you’re at.

Hey, I’m Hannah
Mum to twin girls, yoga instructor, and creator of Flow & Forge.
I know what it feels like to have no time, a busy mind, and a body that’s always “on.”
That constant juggle where you’re giving everything… but rarely to yourself.
Yoga, mobility, and strength-based movement became my way to feel grounded, strong, and more in control again, and that’s exactly what I want to help you find too.
I run beginner-friendly, community-based yoga classes in Baldock, designed to help you build strength, move with more ease, and feel calmer in both body and mind.
No pressure, no expectations, just a space to show up as you are and reconnect with yourself.
